feat: Support both http and https for nginx.conf.j2 template
By default, if we do not supply the ssl_certfile and ssl_keyfile,
nginx will use http.

feat: Add log_file config into skyline.yaml.sample
Add log_file config. Now log path of skyline is log_dir
with log_file, no other hardcode path.
